To set out the guidelines for dealing with customer refunds and returns in the Cape York Art Online Shop to provide a transparent and consistent approach.

Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy –All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Tracking number will be provided for your purchase. Due to our remote location, orders can only be shipped once a week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

International Shipping Policy – Contact us for your quote on express or international shipping including insurance.

Refund policy

If you’re looking for a refund/exchange of your order, we’re here to help!

Return the product to us for an exchange within 30 (thirty) days and we can either exchange with an equivalent product or refund your payment into the original account used to make the purchase. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Returned items must have all original documentation and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must be in their original condition and have no visible signs of wear, use or damage.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Send us an email with a product description and reason for return or exchange.

Return the item back to us within 30 (thirty) days from purchase.
